Himalayan Lokta Papers

Exotic, durable, textured, hand-made, deckle-edged papers from Nepal. Produced from the sustainable, coppiced use of the lokta tree bark and other plant fibres, found high up in the mountains above Kathmandu. The nature of the production process inevitably leads to variation in shade, texture, sheet size and grammage. Suitability for end use should be tested beforehand, allowing for variation in production.
